International Festival Of Dance And Songs “Spring in Graz”

Where the festival will be held?

The International Festival of dance and songs “Graz” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage.

The age of participants is not limited.

During the Festival each Group will have 1 performance which will be organized in a concert hall where groups can perform either with live music or USB. According to the number of participants the minutes of the performance will be defined.

Where the groups will be accommodated?

The accommodation of the participants will be organized in 3* Hotel on a BB basis

The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have 2 double rooms **free of charge** which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers.

Extra charges for: Double Room: 8 euro/person/day | Single Room: 39 euro/day | Extra night: 50euro/person/day

The participation fee is 119€ per person for 2 nights

Can you offer me a transfer?

The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.

Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?

The Parking for the buses is paid for by the group at the rate set at the parking place. There are only a few free parking places on the main road of Lido di Jesolo around Aqualandia. The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbery, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance.

How can the group pay for the festival costs?

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30 % in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (16.05.2024) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.
