The International Festival “Autumn Tale” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited. The festival will be held in Budapest which is one of Europe's most delightful and enjoyable cities. It is situated right on the bank of the River Danube.
The groups will be accommodated in 3*** Hotels in Budapest on a Bed & Breakfast Basis. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 7 euro/person/day | Single Room: 30 euro/day | Extra night: 35 euro/person/day
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place. (approximately 15 euros per day).
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (29.11.2024) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.

Budapest without the Danube would not be Budapest, and whoever tries it once will never forget the magic of admiring the view while being gently rocked on the rippling waves. But taking everything in from the deck of a boat makes the experience even more special.
With a total of 21 pools, a total water surface area of more than 3300 m2 and a water mass of 4200 m3 this AQUAWORLD is one of the biggest in this area. With bottom-hole temperature of 35 °C makes easier to enjoy water adventures in autumn, or even winter.

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.
