International Festival Of Dance And Songs “Autumn Tale”
Where the festival will be held?
The International Festival “Spring Tale” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate in children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited. The festival will be held in Viennawhich is a city of culture, a city of music, a city of art, a romantically imperial city!
Where the groups will be accommodated?
The groups will be accommodated in 4* Hotels in Vienna on a Bed and Breakfast Basis. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 3 euro/person/day | Single Room: 35 euro/day | Extra night: 50 euro/person/day for Hotel Arion and 60 euro/person/day for Hotel Pyramid
The participation fee is 115€ per person for Arion City Hotel 4* and 125€ per person for Hotel Event Pyramid 4*.
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place.
How can the group pay for the festival costs?
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30 % in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (10.10.2023) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.
Sightseeing of the former Habsburg capital, now one of the leading cities of European culture: Belvedere, ,Charles’ Church ,Charles’ Square, Musikverein, Secession, Museum of Nature History, The Art History Museum, the big circular boulevard Ring Strasse with the Parliament, Burg theater, The City Hall (Rathaus), Votivkirche Church etc.
2. PALACE OF HABSBURG DYNASTY SCHONBRUNN
The World of the Habsburgs is a virtual exhibition showcasing the history of the Habsburgs and their times. Covering the six centuries of their rule, it includes historical personalities and important locations associated with the dynasty.

We can provide the following services for your group:
accommodation during the trip (in case you need sleepover to your way to the chosen destination)
accommodation during the festival event you attend
travel and transportation tips and assistance
purchasing airplane and bus tickets
organizing transportation for a group or individuals
assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)
The groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Vienna and back.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.
The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.
