The International Festival “City of lights” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate in children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Paris is a global center of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture, where every street corner tells a story and every moment sparkles with romance. With stunning sights like the Eiffel Tower and beautiful views along the Seine River, Paris is a city that will capture your heart. Don’t miss Disneyland Paris, where fantasy comes to life with thrilling rides and enchanting characters. Come and see why Paris is called the City of Light!
The groups will be accommodated in 2* and 3* Hotels in Paris on a Bed & Breakfast Basis. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. The check-in at the hotel is at 16:00h and the check-out is at 11:00h. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 8 euro/person/day | Single Room: 55 euro/day | Extra night: 60 euro/person/day
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place.
Participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% with the initial application to confirm. The second payment of 40% should be paid 60 days before the Festival, and 30% should be paid 10 days before the official start of the fesitval. Final list of participants must be given 30 days before the Festival. After that date advance payment is not refunded.

The groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Prague and back.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have a travel insurance policy.
