International Festival of Dance and Songs “Spirit of Anatolia”
Where the festival will be held?
The International Festival “Spirit of Anatolia” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Kusadasi beautiful vacation place with seven beaches looking on the horizon of the Aegean Sea, with the national park and fiery history – the ways of Greek, Persians and Romans.
Where the groups will be accommodated?
The groups will be accommodated in “The grand Blue Sky international”https://www.grandbluesky.com/ , 4* (ultra all-inclusive), which is located on the beautiful beach, with the open buffet base (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks). The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 3 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double room: 5 euro/day/person | Single Room: 20 euro/day | Extra night: 40 euro/person/day (only for 5+nights)
The participation fee for 4 nights is 185€ per person and for 5 nights is 225€ per person.
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbery, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have a travel insurance policy. The Parking for the buses is free of charge.
How can the group pay for the festival costs?
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (18.04.2023) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.

accommodation during the trip (in case you need sleepover on your way to the chosen destination)
accommodation during the festival event you attend
travel and transportation tips and assistance
purchasing airplane and bus tickets
organizing transportation for a group or individuals
assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)
