The International Varna Folk Festival is a vibrant celebration of traditional and modern dance, music, and art, welcoming groups of all ages to showcase their talents. This non-competitive festival invites folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumentalists, choirs, and performers from a variety of art forms, with a minimum of 10 participants on stage. There is no age limit for participants, making this festival the perfect opportunity for performers of all ages to come together and share their passion for the arts.
Each group will perform two concerts and participate in a defile, giving them ample opportunity to connect with both the local and international audience.
Participants will stay in 3 or 4 hotels** in Varna, with Full Board accommodation, which includes three buffet meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The hotels are located close to the festival venues, providing easy access for both performances and leisure time.
Accommodation will be provided in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom. Each group will receive two double rooms free of charge for the leaders and drivers.

Additionally, for every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free.
Transfers:
The festival organizers will arrange airport transfers for groups arriving by plane, including transport to and from the airport and during the festival. The cost of this service will be agreed upon separately and depends on the number of participants.
Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transport during the festival and for small journeys around the city. The cost of bus parking is the responsibility of the group and is determined by the parking facility.

The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.

The Dolphinarium was inaugurated on 11.08.1984 and quickly became a symbol of Varna and a landmark of Bulgarian tourism. The dolphins and their coaches present the unique Dolphin show which last 40 min. Dolphins will sing to you. They will rock-and-roll and waltz. Their joyous performance will take your breath away. A thing which is good to know in advance: dolphins adore applause! It is their major prize.
Attraction Park “Aquapolis” – the most beautiful water park in Eastern Europe, is the first one in Bulgaria, established in a unique Mauritian Mediterranean style. The water park is situated in the forest, sporting a unique sea-view and the whole tourist resort. Established on an area of 40 000 square meters, it combines a natural park environment with a series of artificially created elements – pools, water slides, Jacuzzi, fountains and waterfalls, ancient towers and ruins.
(SEA GARDEN VARNA, NAVY MUSEUM, ARCHITECTURAL PARK COMPLEX THE PALACE – BALCHIK)
The guided tour starts with the amazing view of the Sea Garden in Varna. After a short walk the tour continues near the Navy Museum, situated in the most attractive region of the city of Varna – at the sea shore. Outside the museum you can see original ancient anchors an shop remnants, found on the bottom of the Black Sea.
The Tour will end with the visit of the former summer residence of the Romanian Queen Maria Alexandrina Victoria de Edinburg (1875 – 1938) – Palace Balchik. It is situated approximately 2 km south-west of Balchik in a beautiful locality between the Balchik rocks and the sea.
Bulgarian folklore with its traditional costumes, typical songs and haunting bagpipe sounds tells the stories of everyday life in Bulgarian villages. Music, art, culture and history will cross paths in order to make your folklore adventure more colorful and appealing than ever.
Be the guests at house in the village of Solnik. Have a traditional Lunch with traditional music. Lots of fun just 70 km away from Varna.
Nessebar - "the town of the 40 churches", situated on a beautiful peninsula. It will charm you with the unique architecture of the family basilicas and houses. One of the oldest towns of Europe will impress you with its lovely atmosphere and many layers of cultural and historical heritage, dating back to Thracian times.
After visiting all the attractions, the Tour will end with tasting lunch in one of the near restaurants (one drink included in the price).

We can provide the following services for your group:
The groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Varna and back.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.
The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Varna airport, during the festival days and back to the same Varna airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
