"Graz: Where Culture Dances Through Time!"

Located on both sides of the river Mur, Graz is a vibrant and enchanting city nestled in the heart of Austria. With its rich history, stunning architecture, and bustling cultural scene, there are countless reasons why Graz is a must-visit destination. From its charming old town to its modern and innovative design, Graz makes every tourist feel welcome.

The International Festival “Graz Fest” is a celebration of creativity, culture, and performance. Open to children, youth, and adult groups, this non-competitive festival invites folklore dancers, modern dance ensembles, instrumentalists, choirs, and other performers with at least 10 participants on stage to showcase their talents.

With no age limit, the festival is perfect for groups eager to share their passion for art and music. Each group will have one concert performance, which can include live music or pre-recorded tracks, with performance durations determined based on the number of participants.

Accommodation Details

Participants will stay in A&O 3* hotel www.aohostels.com in Graz in multi-bed rooms with their own bathroom.

• Each group receives four single rooms free of charge for leaders and drivers.

Extra Charges:

• Single Room: €39 per person/day
• Extra Night: €50 per person/day
• Lunch or Dinner in hotel: €15/person
• Lunch or Dinner (before or/and after at the concert) Serbian burger and drink: €9/person

The participation fee is 119€ per person.

Does NOT include:

• Travel Insurance
• Transfers
• Parking for the bus
• City tax - 2.5 euro per person/per day
• Sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach (please check at hotel reception in your accommodation unit)
• Excursions (See the excursion list in the section "Excursions")

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:
The organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers and transport during the festival. Costs for this service will depend on the group size and will be agreed upon separately.

Bus Parking:
The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.

Payment Details:

• A 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee must be paid 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival begins.

A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. After this date, deposits are non-refundable.
