The International Festival “Christmas Beofest” is a non-competitive festival. At the festival can participate children and youth folklore dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Belgrade which offers a continuous set of exciting and wonderful places to visit, as well as the best nightlife on the Balkan peninsula. From the Kalemegdan fortress to the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija, from arts to sports, Belgrade has everything it takes to make all your traveling dreams come true. Nightlife in Belgrade will take your breath away. From the best nightclubs to the talented street artists, Belgrade will make every step you take a thrilling experience. Accommodation for the groups is organized in 3* hotels (Jugoslavija hotel and hotels in that rank) with bed and breakfast basis (buffet), extra charge for the additional meal (lunch or dinner-buffet) is 15 euros per meal.

Accommodation of the groups in 3 or 4 bed rooms. 3 double bed rooms are provided per group by the festival which are usually used for leaders and drivers. On 25th participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 6/ euro/person/day | Single Room: 25/ euro/day | Extra night: 36/ euro/person/day
The Festival Organizers can organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
The Parking for the buses is paid for by the group at the rate set at the parking place. – Free parking for the hotel Jugoslavija guests (until the capacity is full)
Travel conditions
Group will arrive in Belgrade on the 20th of December (check in from 15:00h) and should leave hotel on the 22nd of December after breakfast, until 10:00. Groups need to pay their travel expenses to Belgrade and back home.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance.
Each member must have travel insurance policy.
PROMO: We can provide travel insurance for just 0.70 cents/per person/per day
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (15.11.2024) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.

Excursions – In the one of the best known streets in Belgrade – Food street, you will have an opportunity to enjoy traditional Serbian fast food cuisine. You can try pljeskavica, cevapcici, bela vesalica and many other specialties that made this street famous. We will visit Gardos tower, which symbolizes protection of Zemun and the suburbs, and its breathtaking viewpoint, from which we will see whole Zemun. This part of Zemun becomes magical, especially at night, and will take your breath away.

Visit of the Sveti Sava Church – biggest Christian church on the Balkan peninsula in all its glory (Do not miss!) *Dances can be dressed in costumes during the tour.
Concert on a big stage in the center of Belgrade -stage dimensions: 10m x 12m (Please inform us of the amount of microphones needed for your performance) (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance)
Мaster class (15 to 20 minutes- most well-known traditional Serbian steps) *Please prepare 10 to 12 minutes of the most interesting traditional steps that you will teach all the participants
Excursions- Visit of the city center, historical sightseeing with a professional guide (Knez Mihalova street-biggest pedestrian zone in Belgrade and Mihajlo Obrenovic’s square, Kalemegdan fortress-biggest city monument, Skadarlija street-bohemian quarter)
